This one's because of Schitt's Creek. Not particularly my favorite dish because I'm simply not used to chicken and tomato and cheese, but hey, I get why this is still a classic.
Ingredients
shredded chicken
flour (or corn) tortilla
3 cups cheese (pref. cheddar, chihuahua)
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
all-purpose flour
1 cup tomato sauce
vinegar
garlic, onion, olive oil, chicken cubes
Optional
cilantro
