#ChefEddPresents — Chicken Enchilada

This one's because of Schitt's Creek. Not particularly my favorite dish because I'm simply not used to chicken and tomato and cheese, but hey, I get why this is still a classic.


Ingredients

  • shredded chicken

  • flour (or corn) tortilla

  • 3 cups cheese (pref. cheddar, chihuahua)

  • 2 tbsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup tomato sauce

  • vinegar

  • garlic, onion, olive oil, chicken cubes

Optional

  • cilantro

  1. Mix spices together
