Ingredients
chicken fillet
mushroom
flour
white wine
cream
chicken cubes
bay leaf, thyme
onion, garlic, butter, salt, pepper

potatoes (to mash)
carrot, celery

Steps
Salt and pepper chicken. Coat in flour and fry in some butter. Set aside.
On the same pan, mix onion, mushroom, herbs, garlic, flour. Deglaze with white wine.
Season to taste.
Add chicken and cook for 20 minutes to spread the flavor.
Remove chicken, add cream and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
You may put back the chicken or serve separately.
