This is my favorite dish in high school. The taste of potatoes and meat together in tomato sauce is just heaven. It's pretty easy to cook, not to mention guilt-free is you use fresh and healthy ingredients.
Ingredients
3/4 kg. ground pork (preferably lean—fat grease is a nightmare to clean)
250g tomato sauce
1pc large potato
2pcs carrots
1pc onion
1pc garlic
1pc pork cube
salt, pepper, umami, fish sauce, soy sauce
Optional
mushroom wedges
cherry tomatoes
bagoong
butter
Steps
Sauté garlic and onion on oil or butter. Add pork.
When pork has been cooked, add tomato sauce until it simmers.
Add carrots, then potatoes. Season accordingly.
Add bagoong.
Remove fire and add tomatoes and mushroom and garnish.
